My computer obtained a boatload of malware for some reason but now I need help cleaning up the mess. In the system tray I have two red circles with x's through them and they contently are showing balloons. I know that what they are saying is false other than that there is an infection. Also on my desktop there are two icons for help and support as well as windows update but they are fakes. I would launch spybot search and destroy to see if it could find the problem but it does not want to launch at all. After a closer examination I found that SpybotSD.exe is missing. After reinstall it still does not appear. I tried to even launch HiJackThis.exe but it would not run. I used the command console when I launched it. Some help would be appreciated, thanks.
