How do I delete Downloader Trojan?!

My Norton Antivirus keeps detecting the downloader trojan along with some psg[1].anr files. Also, my computer keeps using run command to open notepad, paint, and the calculator on its own. Also, I keep getting an ad alert at the top of my computer screen when I open internet explorer that my computer is affected and to "click here". What should I do?
