smitfraud in the works

Thank you for hosting these forums, I'm affraid I view more than I post because most of my two cents have already been added through someone else... long story short I commited of the 14 ways to get infected thread on one of the stickys in the main malware removal area: loaned my computer to my roommate... after boiling my keyboard and burning my desk I removed a great deal of tracker cookies and whatnot and I spybot found smitfraud... I realized this was the beginning of my problems. I installed the kaspersky anti virus trial and when it ran out I installed avg, if kaspersky comes up in the log I appologize I'm not sure how to remove it completly if I didn't the same goes for mcfeee or pc cillin, again, they are gone I just haven't taken the time to remove them. I am aware of the "using one anti virus at a time" rule. Also there is a problem with safe mode. When ever I boot up into it I have about 3 clicks of the mouse or keyboard before it locks up. Either safemode is crashing or something is disabeling my hardware...

Save it to your desktop.
Please double-click OTMoveIt.exe to run it.

Press cleanup & it will search for and delete/uninstall all the tools we have used
to fix your problems and all their backup folders and then delete itself when you next reboot.

In add and remove programs check for webrebates if found remove it please.

Close all programs leaving only HijackThis running. Place a check against each of the following,
