Another Zlob downloader

Hi guys, I'm new to the forums here but have used Spybot Search and Destroy for a few years. My dad discovered the program but we clearly didn't understand it's full potential.

I'm using Spybot on a Sony Viao PC and the Search and Destroy found two Zlob.Downloader.vdt entries. When I try to fix selected problems I get a message saying,

"Some problems couldn't be fixed; the reason could be that the associated file are still in use (in memory).
This could be fixed after a restart.
May Spybot-S&D run on your next system starup?"

I click yes and another message says, "1 problems fixed, 1 problems left unfixed, you should contact and administrator and scan again."

I tried restarting the computer to let Spybot run on startup but I didn't notice anything different and when I scanned again, the Zlob entries were still there. What can I do to get rid of them?

I think so. Once I download Kapersky and HiJackThis I'll post the logs. Thanks for getting back to me and you can delete that second post, it was a mistake.

Thanks for you patience Eagle, school is a pain and a half. I'm having difficulty downloading Kaspersky. When I open the link provided in the "Before you Post" thread, the accept button is unresponsive. When you click it, nothing happens. I tried downloading from their website only to find the link was directed to their site. Any suggestions? Maybe Kaspersky messed it up. Anyway here is the saved log from HiJackThis:

Click HERE (http://www.pandasoftware.com/products/activescan.htm) to run Panda's ActiveScan

* You need to use IE to run this scan, Right click on IE and select run as administrator
* Once you are on the Panda site click the Scan your PC button
* A new window will open...click the Check Now button
* Enter your Country
* Enter your State/Province
* Enter your e-mail address and click send
* Select either Home User or Company
* Click the big Scan Now button
* If it wants to install an ActiveX component allow it
* It will start downloading the files it requires for the scan (Note: It may take a couple of minutes)
* When download is complete, click on My Computer to start the scan
* When the scan completes, if anything malicious is detected, click the See Report button, then Save Report and save it to a convenient location. Post the contents of the ActiveScan report

I tried Panda security which also didn't work for me. The scan window opened but remained blank. I use Firefox so with the advice of using IE I tried Kaspersky a second time. It's downloading as I type. I'm assuming that Kaspersky and Panda do similar scans but I know not of what I speak.

In downloading Kaspersky Spybot asks for me to confirm a registry update. This happened when I un-installed some programs as well. When would a registry update alert me to a virus or a change that I don't want to occur?

Panda also requires IE.

Spybot will let you know about any reg. change made good or bad.

We will need to disable TeaTimer
1) Run Spybot-S&D
2) Go to the Mode menu, and make sure "Advanced Mode" is selected
3) On the left hand side, choose Tools -> Resident
4) Uncheck "Resident TeaTimer" and OK any prompts
5) Restart your computer.

Then try panda scan again.
