Hi Guys! Need your help please, hopefully I’m in the right forum! I have recently been trying to sort a problem on my mums computer which I thought involved her newly acquired AV software, Norton 360.
Ran Spybot, & one of errors listed on results page was ‘recent’, so clicked on + at the side, info displayed was ‘D:\Documents & Settings\Janice\Application Data\\Microsoft\Office\Recent.’
On right hand side of screen the internet explorer logo was displayed, which I mistakenly clicked on. I then got a box entitled ‘Microsoft.NET Framework’, which states: ‘An unhandled exception has occurred in a component in your application. Click continue & application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. Object reference not set to an instance of an object.’
On clicking continue, nothing happens, and same message is displayed.
On clicking ‘Details’ tab in ‘Microsoft.net Framework’ box, the following info is displayed:

Tried restarting several times, & replaced items listed on Spybot recovery, to no effect.
Also, Windows installer box & TrayApp error box appears& cant be got rid of. A box appears entitled ‘TrayApp’ & message displayed is ‘The feature you are trying to use is on a CDROM or other removable disk that is not available.
Insert the ‘TrayApp’ disk and click ok.
Use source 1.’
PC seems to work ok otherwise, but just cant get rid of these error messages. PC is running XP. Can you help? Thanks a lot!
