Mustafx2.exe, Etc

I run into a problem immediate as Windows boots and loads - as soon as I can see my desktop, I see a MS-DOS screen trying to run something called "mustafx2.exe" and, for trying to run it, Windows creates and error saying "16 bit MS-DOS subsystem" talking about mustafx2. When I choose to "Close" the program, the musta window goes away, but I get another error "cpqset.exe".

This system has been infected with a few viruses and trojans, I've been cleaning it up with Spybot S&D and the like, but a few seem to be sticking and musta persists regardless. I WAS running into huge problems trying to run Spybot and a few other programs - they would try to load but fail without any error being given, but I repaired the version of Windows on the computer and fixed that, allowing me to run Spybot and to clean up most of the problems on the system.

All that remains now would be this mustafx2.exe thing and possibly two other objects that persist despite Spybot scans, I'm running it again now to confirm.

Sorry for the in-depth splurge, but I wanted to be specific.

Okay, I took some time today to run a few of the usual programs - Combofix, SDFix, SmitFraudFix and Spybot S&D - I had taken the time last night to repair the instillation of Windows on this machine to get Spybot to work and it worked, but while I seem to have gotten rid of Mustafx2, I have something called "sysrest32.exe" around now and can't install updates from Microsoft - I think they are unrelated.

So musta may be gone, but sysrest32 is now making itself known. Help!
