Zlob.DNSChanger.Rtk removal [Archive] - Safer-Networking Forums

Hey guys this is my first time using this so any help would b appreciated, I have used SuperAnti Spyware, McAfee and Spybot. They have all detected Zlob.DNSChanger.Rtk and everytime I remove it and run another scan its still there. How can I get rid of this ? Please help

Welcome to Safer Networking, I wish to be sure you have viewed and understand this information.
"BEFORE you POST" (READ this Procedure before Requesting Assistance)

All advice given is taken at your own risk.
Please make sure you have read this information so we are on the same page.

You start by reading the directions which are pinned to the top of the forum also. Do not run and post the Kaspersky scan now until I request it.

2) We need first to disable TeaTimer that it doesn't interfere with fixes. You can re-enable it when you're clean again:
* Run Spybot-S&D in Advanced Mode.
* If it is not already set to do this Go to the Mode menu select "Advanced Mode"
* On the left hand side, Click on Tools
* Then click on the Resident Icon in the List
* Uncheck "Resident TeaTimer" and OK any prompts.
* Restart your computer.
(leave TT disabled until we finish)

3) Thanks to LonnyBJones and anyone else who helped with this fix.

Please download FixWareout from one of these sites:

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/files/lonny/Fixwareout.exe

Save it to your Desktop and run it. Click Next, then Install, make sure "Run fixit" is checked and click Finish.
The fix will begin; follow the prompts.
You will be asked to reboot your computer; please do so.
Your system may take longer than usual to load; this is normal.
Once the desktop loads post the text that will open (report.txt) and a new Hijackthis log in the forum please.
