I ran spybot and it found a number of problems. I said to remove and now I'm getting the following message:
Spybot-Search & Destry has detected an important registry entry that has been changed.
Category: System Startup global entry
Change: Value deleted
Entry SpybotDeletingA6898
Old data: command ?c del "c:\Program Files\RegistryFi

Then in gives me a choice to allow change or deny change.

If I deny, it puts a window up at the lower left corner of my screen saying I've denied the change and then goes on to the same window above with a different entry: Spybot Deleting A3933, this keeps going on until spybot

Can u help?

Hello,

That is the resident TeaTimer, the realtime protection of Spybot-S&D.

If you have scanned and fixed items with Spybot you also have to allow the registry change that the Resident TeaTimer is asking for.
Only then the items will be deleted completely.

Please read this information about TeaTimer:
http://www.safer-networking.org/en/faq/33.html
and http://www.safer-networking.org/en/faq/34.html
If you surf the web and without any user interaction the teatimer pops up and warns about a registry change it is better to "deny", but if you install something by yourself it is OK to "allow" the change.

Best regards
Sandra
