its about the new popups from spybot that say system startup global entry, and browser helper object. I dont know whether to allow them or deny the changes? the old spybot just deleted spyware, I dont know wether these are good or bad?
you may disable teatimer, resident protection by opening spybot, going to mode-advanced mode. click yes. Then click tools tab on the left side, click resident-then uncheck teatimer resident protection over all system settings active. you will no longer receive these messages. You could just read the info page about teatimer to understand it better. it is found here: http://www.spybot.info/en/faq/index.html
scroll down and read the questions about teatimer for more information. If you installed a program or toolbar or removed a program, then remember and allow these messages. only if you are just browsing the web, and you changed nothing on your computer, do you hit block or deny change.
