Virtumonde, hardest thing I have ever come across to remove.

I have rarely gotten something this hard to remove. I scan with Spybot and it picks it up every time. It picks up 3 of them exactly. I would like to know what I need to do to get rid of Virtumonde, it is slowing down my system quite severely.

I have tried other programs designed specifically to remove it but have had no luck. Help in getting rid of this will be nothing short of then a boon. Thanks for reading.
