Hello, Hope someone can help.
When I view certain video files on my laptop with Internet Explorer (yahoo news), an error comes up that says:
"The instruction at "0xbc4375ef" referenced memory at "0xbc4375ef" . The memory could not be "read".
Click on OK to terminate the program. Click on CANCEL to debug the program"
I HIT CANCEL THEN IT SAYS:
"Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
