Update Problem! Plz Help me!

Hello every body, I used S&D 1.5.2.20 ... when I tried to run Update that combined in program, successfully listed require update lists & mirror servers .. but when I continued & try to download, download failed with " bad! Checksum " error ... what's wrong with me?? are there any body faced like as this problem?? what should I do .. Please help me ..

If you get a bad checksum during the updates, try using a different download server for the updates.
