I am not an computer savvy man. Please forgive me if this entry is in the wrong section.
I was advised to download Spybot and remove Virus Heat.
Downloaded Spybot and it scanned my laptop.
While fixing the bad files it suddenly stopped and the notice '(Not Responding)' came on. Shut down for the day.
This morning scanned afresh.
Noticed 3 entries for Zlob. Selected 'Zlob.Downloader' and clicked to 'clean'.
In few minutes the '(Not Responding)' came on and all stopped.
I find many others too have so much problems with the same Virus Heat people. It looks as if even guns to the heads of the people who are running this 'virus heat' program would solve the problem.
In case you find a solution please let me have the use of it.
Till then I will happily have Spybot in my system.
