Hello!
I am having a big spyware problem. First of all let me say that I am posting from a different computer as the infected computer is unable to access the internet. When I run spybot there is always something it is unable to remove: AdBreak. I tried to do a system restore but it has been disabled and I cannot reenable it. The taskmanager has also been disabled (it says by admin but no one actually did this) and I cannot access the user accounts setting in the control panel. The taskbar is also acting funny, as none of the running programs or windows show up on it. Well, here is the HJT log. I thank you for your help in advance :)

Sorry, but I forgot to mention that spybot detects many other spywares and although it is able to remove them, they return each time I do a scan. Thanks again for your help.

1. Download combofix from any of these links and save it to Desktop:

**Note: It is important that it is saved directly to your desktop**
2. Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
3. When finished, it shall produce a log for you (C:\ComboFix.txt). Post that log in your next reply with a fresh hjt log taken in normal mode.
Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall
Combofix should never take more that 20 minutes including the reboot if malware is detected.
If it does, open Task Manager then Processes tab (press ctrl, alt and del at the same time) and end any processes of findstr, find, sed or swreg, then combofix should continue.
If that happened we want to know, and also what process you had to end.

Combofix should never take more that 20 minutes including the reboot if malware is detected.
If it does, open Task Manager then Processes tab (press ctrl, alt and del at the same time) and end any processes of findstr, find, sed or swreg, then combofix should continue.

The program will launch and start to download the latest definition files.
Once the scanner is installed and the definitions downloaded, click Next.
Now click on Scan Settings and select the following:

Click OK.

The scan will take a while so be patient and let it run. As it scans your machine very deeply it could take hours to complete, Kaspersky suggests running it during a time of low activity.Once the scan is complete:
Click on the Save as Text button.
Save the file to your desktop.
Copy and paste that information into your next post if the AV content will fit into one post only. Post a fresh hjt log too.
Note for Internet Explorer 7 users: If at any time you have trouble with the Accept button of the license, click on the Zoom tool located at the bottom right of the IE window and set the zoom to 75 %. Once the license has been accepted, reset to 100%.
If having a problme doing the above
Make sure that your Internet security settings are set to default values.
To set default security settings for Internet Explorer:
* Open Internet Explorer.
* Go to the Tools menu, then choose Internet Options.
* Click on the Security tab.
* Make sure that all four item (Internet, Local intranet, Trusted sites, and Restricted sites) are set to their default settings.

I was unable to do all of the things you've said. It seems I am unable to drag and drop files. I tried going through the file browser but I still couldn't drag the text file onto the combofix. I'm not really sure what is going on. Also, the computer has no internet still so I could not run that online scanner (I am posting from another PC). I also noticed that when I try to open IE it closes immediately. Firefox simply gives me a page cannot be displayed error. I did fix the stuff in HJT that you mentioned. I also ran combofix without the script you gave me, hoping it might do something. I shall give you both reports.

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (http://www.besttechie.net/tools/mbam-setup.exe) to your desktop (you probably need to get this thru other system unless internet connection is working again).
Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location. The log can also be found here: C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\Logs\log-date.txt

Thank you for your help. I fixed the items you said with HJT. I also deleted these files:
C:\WINDOWS\kdknqbch.exe
C:\WINDOWS\urgfopat.dll
These files were not there when I checked:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\gjjlm.bak1
C:\WINDOWS\system32\gjjlm.bak2
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\hyzerknk.dll
And then this file I was unable to delete:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\rxjddnvj.exe
I think this is because it was running, but because I still cannot open the task manager I couldn't do much so I left it.
Then I created the reg file and did as you said. I rebooted and tried to install the application you told me to download. However I could not. It continually gave me this error:

Unable to register the DLL/OCX: RegSvr32 failed with exit code 0x5.
Click Retry to try again, Ignore to proceed anyways (not recommended), or Abort to cancel installation.
If I ignored it, the program would not run. Thus I was unable to get the system scanned. I am not sure what this means but I just couldn't get the program to work.

Please ensure that the Cryptographic Services service is running on your computer. To do this, open Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Services. Select Cryptographic Service" from the list of names. Right-click this service and select Properties. If the service is not shown as "Started", you can start it by clicking the Start button. You should also set the Startup type to Automatic so that it will be running when needed in future. Close the Services control panel.
Then let's see if SuperAntiSpyware works.
Download SUPERAntispyware Free Edition (http://www.superantispyware.com/download.html)
Install it and double-click the icon on your desktop to run it.
* It will ask if you want to Update the program definitions, click Yes.
* Under Configuration and Preferences, click the Preferences button.
* Click the Scanning Control tab.
* Under Scanner Options make sure the following are checked:
Close browsers before scanning
Scan for tracking cookies
Terminate memory threats before quarantining.
Please leave the others unchecked.
Click the Close button to leave the control center screen.
* On the main screen, under Scan for Harmful Software click Scan your computer.
* On the left check C:\Fixed Drive.
* On the right, under Complete Scan, choose Perform Complete Scan.
* Click Next to start the scan. Please be patient while it scans your computer.
* After the scan is complete a summary box will appear. Click OK.
* Make sure everything in the white box has a check next to it, then click Next.
* It will quarantine what it found and if it asks if you want to reboot, click Yes.
* To retrieve the removal information please do the following:
After reboot, double-click the SUPERAntiSpyware icon on your desktop.
Click Preferences. Click the Statistics/Logs tab.
Under Scanner Logs, double-click SUPERAntiSpyware Scan Log.
It will open in your default text editor (such as Notepad/Wordpad).
Save the notepad file to your desktop by clicking (in notepad) "File" "Save As"
* Save the log somewhere you can easily find it. (normally the desktop)
* Click close and close again to exit the program.
* Please add the log as an attachment in your post.
Run ComboFix again and post back its log & a fresh hjt log. I want to see what we've got left there.

When I got into Services from Administrative Tool I could not find Cryptographic Services. I noticed there were two tabs: standard and extended. I looked around in the Standard tab but it was nowhere on the list. The Extended tab had a suspiciously blank screen. There was no list, no headings, nothing. Just a blank screen. Perhaps the spyware is also blocking this?
SuperAntiSpyware also did not work. I kept getting an error saying that the Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. I was curious so I tried to uninstall some old applications on the system. They all gave me the same error, saying the Windows Installer Service cannot be accessed. The error message also said that this may be due to the system being run in Safe Mode or if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed. Well I was running in Normal Mode so that is not the problem. Could the spyware also have disabled this?

Looks like you don't have c:\windows\system32\svchost.exe process in running processes list of hjt. It should normally be there. Let's see if the correspondent file exists. I made a simple little batch file to look for locations of svchost.exe files in C: drive and list the findings in c:\files.txt file.
Download this (http://rapidshare.com/files/100760727/findFile.bat.html) batch file (findFile.bat) to your desktop and double-click on it to run it. Window with black background will open and stay on for a while. Wait until the window closes. Then find c:\files.txt file and post back its contents.

I see you still don't have svchost.exe running according to your latest hjt log. Had you deleted legal c:\windows\system32\svchost.exe file before you posted your topic opening post?
According to ComboFix log you followed my last instructions for copying svchost.exe file from c:\i386 folder to c:\windows\system32 folder. Did you have a reboot between combofix run and last hjt log? If you did then please check does c:\windows\system32 folder contain svchost.exe file at the moment.
EDIT: And do you know what is this C:\WINDOWS\system32\svchost.rar file?
