Alfacleaner Trojan worm problem

If someone could help me remove alfacleaner I am fed up with it I also have a Trojan worm I think Thanks please help me I have spybot s&d 1.4 and trend micro and xoftspy, noadware

Hello Andrew and welcome to the forum. Are you still having issues with this? I do not see a lot in the log except some clutter that should go and a outdated Java program (security issue) There is one item O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [lich] lich.exe that concerns me. If you still ned help, let's do this.

1) Start > Control Panel > Java Console > Update. Set it to auto updates if no one is going to check it manually. See this: http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=2559

2) Use these instructions: Double click my computers & Go to Tools > Folder Options. Click on the View tab and make sure that "Show hidden files and folders" is checked. Also uncheck "Hide protected operating system files" and untick "hide extensions for known file types" . Now click "Apply to all folders"
Click "Apply" then "OK" then search for the pathway of lich.exe and use this tool to upload the file for identification: http://virusscan.jotti.org/ If jotti should be busy here are two others, post the results for me.

3) Have you looked in Start > Control Panel > Add Remove programs for Alfcleaner? If it's there uninstall it and anything else you know should not be there.
