Good morning! I am new here. Trying to follow directions posted in a sticky. I may be wrong, so don’t flame me. Doing my nervous best here. :flowers:
SpyBot found PremiumSearch on my computer and I need your help. I am not attaching any logs here per sticky directions. Also, my geekiness level is 4 on a scale 1-10, as in I fixed a lot of problems in the past not all of them were 100% successful, and I am a go-to-gal for my family/friends computer’s problems. Hence, I will need detailed instructions and a bit of patience. I will appreciate any help. Thank you.
