Warning Messages

I Searched for updates today and received 2 WARNING windows. :oops:

1st The external update application has been corrupted. Please make sure you download the "UPDATER" update to replace it. and
2nd The external "BLINDMAN" application has been corrupted Please use the update function to get it again.

SpyBotS&D connected and installed all the current updates and the detection update is 26/3/2008.
I then searched for updates again and got the same warnings.
How do I download the "UPDATER" and use the update function to get "BLINDMAN" :banghead:

Spybot-S&D 1.5.2.20
Windows XP Home Edition SP2
CPU: Intel Pentium 4, 3.21 Ghz 2.00GB Ram

completely remove spybot and install it again. But before you do that,
1.) Try one more time again to receive updates and then restart system and try again.
2.) Make sure your firewall is not blocking spybot from connecting to the Internet.
3.) Make sure your Internet connection is working properly.
4.) Do a complete system scan with antivirus and other antispyware applications. Remove all threats found. There are some viruises and certain spyware that can disable security software like spybot to prevent updating/scanning for example.

Please check that all out, otherwise if everything checks, completely remove and reinstall the latest version of spybot.

Sorry it has taken so long to reply but had family emergency (Hospital)

I did all what you suggested and system was clean.
I completely removed spybot and reinstalled it again (Latest Version).

It still has me baffled why I had this problem.:scratch:
