My sister has been online for just over a week and in that time she has managed to get infected with all forms of Trojans, and Viruses. Now tonight I so have far removed 174 infections (mostly copies within system restore.) These include 'Qoolaid' 'QLowZones-38' & 'W32/Sdbot.worm.gen.ae'.

But the system still seems to have issues with random pop up windows. Below is the HijackThis log from the system in question. (All this via remote assitance - such fun.) Thanks in advance!

Thanks for your patience, if your still in need of assistance and are not
recieving it at another forum check for surfsidekick in addremove programs , if listed uninstall it, reboot the pc and post a fresh hijackthis log.
