Hello, I am unsure of exact name or location of the files listed in the title. I have Spybot-Search & Destroy 1.5.2 which located the Win.32.small.azl, which I believe it has successfully fixed, once I ran it again it did not appear a second time and is currently in Recovery.
Ad-aware 2007 and Symantec AntiVirus picked up the other two, but once I clicked fix and ran the scan again it did not return. Of course all my Antivirus is up to date, just checked again a few hours ago.
Computer appears to be running normal, only complaint is that the log off, shut down, and restart times are longer than normal, especially the time it takes for the computer to boot up, nearly 120 sec, usually is 60sec.
I have attached the KOS LOG and Hijack This LOG, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hello pskelley,
Thank you for the step by step assistance in removing the various malware, adware and viruses. The latest KOS scan found no infected or suspicious objects or viruses. A special thanks for helping me update my Java. I have to confess I didn't know it was out of date, but I bookmarked the download page and will keep an eye out for future updates/new versions. Thank you for the website links as well, I will check those out.
I do have one amateur question, I do not know what "pinned information" is. If you were referring to the posts by tashi, they are excellent, I have read most of the information contained in those posts. Or perhaps you were referring to the link I have in the quote below?
I def. won't be visting NY Magazine's site for awhile, was there for litereally 30 seconds and the real-time protection came up from my anti-virus software. WTF? That was the only browser I had open and only site I was visiting. I thought that was a legitimate site, but at least I know now.

Thank you pskelley.

Thanks for the feedback and sorry for confusing you with my wording which I am most familiar with. tashi calls them "Sticky". Most forums pin/lock information at the top where it is readily accessible and that is where you always want to start. At Safer Nerworking, the first one is "Before you Post" and you would be surprised how many folks slow the help they need by not following those directions. Have a look at this information and you can see it is a cyber-jungle out there:
