Help and Advice with Exploit.java.gimsh.b Virus

Hi my zone alarm found the Exploit.java.gimsh.b Virus and I quarantined and deleted this virus. Cleared the cache out of the java program and updated my java. My question is what does this virus do exactly? I tried searching for it and there is not much about it. I am really really worried that a hacker may have stolen information from my computer and invaded my privacy? Please let me know if this is possible because I am worried. Thank you

Oh yeah also could a hacker have controlled my computer and viewed whatever I was doing through this virus?? I dont know how long I had it for I used to have AVG free edition but it never picked it up
