Installation Error - Cannot Load Program

I have been trying to load Spybot on my new computer. I am running Vista but every time I try to load the program I get the error "Error Sending request, the serve name or address could not be resolved." The file that it locks up on is updallocator.php (1 of 1).

An help would be great.
