Win32.iroffer backdoor malware thingie

Spybot found this Win32.iroffer (or lroffer) and deleted it. Do I need to do anything else to make sure it stays away?

I see no obvious malware, I will mention you can use HJT to remove the HP redirects if you don't use them, they don't make you browser run better. I am always nervous about items being allowed in the "Trusted Zone" so look at the ones that start with 015 and check/remove any that do not belong there.

Thanks for the help, Kelley. I looked at all my Trusted Sources and they are safe. Looks like I got everything except the win32.lroffer. Spybot picked it up and Kaspersky says I have one infected file. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to post my results here and I apologize if I ain't following protocol due to my ignorance but here is my HJT log and Kaspersky log after I did what you told me to do. ***sometimes hackers will use the Prefetch folder to start their junk (many folks do not know about Prefetch) and the bad item keeps returning when you delete it. That being the case, delete it from Prefetch (or clean out the folder) and keep in mind you will get a few slow starts until Windows repopulates Prefetch with needed information.

Let's talk about what Spybot S&D is spotting. If Spybot finds something it should be able to remove it. If it can not, it is usually because the program is not up to date and fully immunized. Having checked this morning the newest version is: 1.5.20 Latest detection update: 2008-04-02
check to make sure you are up to date. If you are, then please post for help here: http://forums.spybot.info/forumdisplay.php?f=4
where Spybot S&D experts can make sure the problem is not with the program.

I thought that I had deleted this TIF file but actually I was unsure of how to go about doing it. I tried using Windows Explorer to find the TIF file is red but I couldn't find it. Can you point me to some step-by-step instructions on how to remove this...

Thanks Phil. I truly appreciate the help. I did delete all my TIF files the first goround but it looks like that one is failing to delete. Any idea how I can isolate just that one and delete it?
