How do I get rid of him?

I was once on my computer when someone tried to open google from google and I was very tired from game testing so I clicked okay. All of a sudden 37 Internet Explorer's popped up and even more came but nothing would stop it. So I had to turn it off by the switch. And sometimes when I'm on, the window pops up and says that someone is trying to go to google.com from google.com. What should I do?

Also I sometimes download software from
www.filecart.com and the programs keep coming back even though I delete them. What should I do to get rid of the virus?

What do you mean by the programs keep coming back, how do you delete them?

Which Operating System are you running and is it kept patched and updated via Windows Updates?

Anti virus program installed? Which version of Spybot-S&D, open Spybot Search & Destroy > Help > About.
