Problems Downloading, help!

I am in the process of trying to download spybot search and destroy on my brother's pc to help make his computer run safer. I am able to get the installation file to save to the desktop, but when I go to run the installation the install wizard disappears after I get passed the langauage I want to use for the Spybot S&D.

I have no clue why this is happening. I have tried to install by going into windows in safe mode, that didn't help. I do not know what it is that is preventing this program to download.

I have windows XP Professional. Any help, or suggestions would be highly appreciated! Thanks again!

With a antiviruis and some other antispyware utilities, and remove anything found. Try re-downloading and install spybot again. Are you able to get through the instillation now? Thanks, let me know. :)
