please help!

My computer all of a sudden has many viruses.. adware, spyware, trojan etc etc. I am not really computer smart when it comes to this stuff!! I have ran spybot, it finds about 27 entries each time. I go to fix them, it says they are all fixed, I do the immunize, then the update, then restart. Then i run the scan again.... same 27 entries are there! Any suggestions?

Could you please do this?:

Open SpyBot.
Check for problems.
When the scan completes, right click on the results list, select "Copy results to clipboard".
Paste (Ctrl+V) those results here.
