Can't Run S&D - Can't Remove Zlob w/existing Antivirus

...Can't get to the internet to:

- update the Norton that sees the problem, but can't remove it.
- update anything S&D, AdAware, ComboFix, can't run any online scans, etc. I've read through the posts, gone through this and other sites...I'm attepmting to find a specific fix and can't get any results from what's here.
Trying not to get any more frustrated than I already am. :red: please help.

Well, since you did not post the required Kaspersky Online Scan, it appears you did not read the directions. Most forums are running three to five days for help, that's if you get a response at all. So...you can start by reading the directions, DO NOT run and post the KOS now until I request it and display some patience.

You are infected, I suggest you keep this computer offline except when troubleshooting, the junk may download more. If you have any tool I use, delete it and download it new from the link I provide. Read and follow the directions carefully, the tools will not work unless you do.

Search:
Double-click SmitfraudFix.exe
Select 1 and hit Enter to create a report of the infected files. The report can be found at the root of the system drive, usually at C:\rapport.txt

Note: process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool". It is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.
