i was wondering does spybot remove dialers if so how
It removes them just like any other threat i would imagine. Hope that answers your question. :)

To add to 129260's post... Spybot-SD has a database for identifying dialers. :)
well when i scan it doesnt find any but i know there there and if i go to advance setting i can see them on ignore products is there a way i can delete them

You are misinterpreting the Ignore products list. Please read the heading on the Ignore products window:
This page lists all products that Spybol-S&D can detect, sorted into categories. If you check a product here, it will not be found during a scan Use this list if you know you have some threat on your computer, but need to keep it.
In other words it is a list of what Spybot detects not what you have on your system.
