suspected virtumonde and other malware infection

I have run a scan with hijackthis and this is the log i got. I am a total noob at this and so i have no idea what to do when spybot can't remove it for me... :(

EDIT: Just ran Windows Live OneCare safety scanner beta and it says i have:

Never mind, i decided to restore from the hard drive because i've got hardly anything on it that's of any importance and i only bought it a few days ago so it won't lose that much stuff. Thanks anyway.
