My desktop background keeps changing to default.htm file that looks the attached file.

I have tried ad-aware, and SpyDoctor to no avail.

Please make sure you have read this information so we are on the same page.

Looks like you missed the instructions since you have not posted the required online scan and you have posted an out of date HJT log. You are infected and I posted the instructions above and they are also pinned to the top of this forum. Read those and post:
Provide:
a) The HJT log.(version 2.0.2)
b) The Kaspersky log report.

and I will be glad to take a look.
