I followed the advice on another thread for this same problem in this order
ran LQfix, rebooted, ran ewido, rebooted, ran Spybot S&D and it fixed the problem this time. I've since run other scans with AVG and McAfee and have come up clean. My most recent HJT is as follows. Did I fix it?

What version of SpyBot is it you have ? check in help about please
If it is 1.3 you should uninstall it restart the pc and install 1.4

Also to prevent conflicts Please uninstall all but one antivirus program

Think Prevention:
Put in place a good hosts file

How To Download and Extract the HOSTS file:

Replace it about once monthly to keep it updated
