trojan virus or video access code virus?

Hi I am not tech savy. So consequently my computer has a virus. I was looking up a video. Then all this junk came up webpages I did no select and such... and ads for spyware tools and music blah.blah!
Any way I have installed Uniblue registry and Malware bites Anti-malware. Now I still cannot access task manager by using ctrl+alt+del..
What now?? I am stuck

log file from where??

Found a log file with terminated threads. I posted earlier today about trojan virus and video acess code viruses.

Not sure if this might be a key to the problem.
