Welcome to Safer Networking, I wish to be sure you have viewed and understand this information.
"BEFORE you POST" (READ this Procedure before Requesting Assistance)
http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288
All advice given is taken at your own risk.
Please make sure you have read this information so we are on the same page.

You are infected, I suggest you keep this computer offline except when troubleshooting, the junk may download more. If you have any tool I use, delete it and download it new from the link I provide. Read and follow the directions carefully, the tools will not work unless you do.
This can be a tough infection to remove so do not expect fast or easy.

Looks like a Vundo infection but I see you recently ran Smitfraudfix and evidence in the KOS of these two rouge malware programs that come with Smitfraud.
http://www.symantec.com/security_response/writeup.jsp?docid=2008-032714-0934-99
http://www.symantec.com/security_response/writeup.jsp?docid=2007-071311-5800-99

I need to rule that infection out first by collecting some information, proceed like this.

1) O1 - Hosts: 85.214.17.144 updater.pala.de <<< do you know what this is?

2) Move HJT from your Desktop, like this:
Download Trend Micro Hijack This™
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/hijackthis/HJTInstall.exe
Doubleclick the HJTInstall.exe to start it.
By default it will install HijackThis in the Program Files\Trendmicro folder and create a desktop shortcut.
HijackThis will open after install. Press the Scan button below.
This will start the scan and open a log.
Copy and paste the contents of the log in your next reply. <<< do not post that log until I request it.

3) Navigate to that folder: Program Files\Trendmicro and rename HJT.exe, call it gman6659.exe, that will work. After a restart we may see hidden Vundo infection.

4) Delete any copy of Smitfraudfix you have and do this:
http://siri.geekstogo.com/SmitfraudFix.php <<< download Smitfraudfix from here and follow ONLY these directions.

Search:
Double-click SmitfraudFix.exe
Select 1 and hit Enter to create a report of the infected files. The report can be found at the root of the system drive, usually at C:\rapport.txt

Note: process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool". It is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.
http://www.beyondlogic.org/consulting/processutil/processutil.htm

Post only the C:\rapport.txt and the information about that hosts item.

Thanks

the program you wanted to know is known to me and is apart of a UI on a online game.

here is the rapport report.

Thanks Mike, for returning your information, please proceed like this:

Remove any old copies of combofix before you proceed.

Thanks to sUBs and anyone else who helped with this fix.

It is important that it is saved directly to your Desktop

Download ComboFix from Here (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe) to your Desktop

Double click combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log and a HiJackthis log in your next reply

Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window while its running. That may cause it to stall

Post the combofix log and a new HJT log. <<< make sure you have renamed HJT.exe as instructed.

Tutorial if needed:
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/combofix/how-to-use-combofix

Thanks

Thanks for returning your information, let's try this first:

1) We need first to disable TeaTimer that it doesn't interfere with fixes. You can re-enable it when you're clean again:
* Run Spybot-S&D in Advanced Mode.
* If it is not already set to do this Go to the Mode menu select "Advanced Mode"
* On the left hand side, Click on Tools
* Then click on the Resident Icon in the List
* Uncheck "Resident TeaTimer" and OK any prompts.
* Restart your computer.
(leave TT disabled until we finish)

2) Download ResetTeaTimer.bat
http://downloads.subratam.org/ResetTeaTimer.bat
Double click ResetTeaTimer.bat
to remove all entries set by TeaTimer (and preventing TeaTimer to restore them upon reactivation).

3) How to make files and folders visible:
Click Start > Open My Computer.
Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
Select the View Tab. Under the Hidden files and folders heading, select Show hidden files and folders.
Uncheck: Hide file extensions for known file types
Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
Click Yes to confirm. Click OK.
You may reverse this for safety when we are finished.

4) Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune
http://www.atribune.org/public-beta/ATF-Cleaner.exe
Save it to your Desktop. We will use this later.

5) Follow the directions in this link to "Kill Process" on the following:
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial42.html#HTProcessManager
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\gzejmpup\ypujahip.exe

6) Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [qwccgexj] C:\WINDOWS\system32\qbcjaruz.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [tweqynci] C:\WINDOWS\system32\rozatqds.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [fxydjwmm] C:\WINDOWS\system32\ansluxsh.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Policies\Explorer\Run: [MfzW80gQmq] C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\gzejmpup\ypujahip.exe

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"

7) Right click Start > Explore and navigate to these files/folders and delete them if there.

C:\WINDOWS\system32\ansluxsh.exe <<< file
C:\WINDOWS\system32\qbcjaruz.exe <<< file
C:\WINDOWS\system32\qvmdatgb.exe <<< file
C:\WINDOWS\system32\rozatqds.exe <<< file
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\gzejmpup\ <<< folder and contents

8) Run ATF Cleaner
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
Click the Empty Selected button.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

Restart and post a new HJT log and tell me how the computer is running.

Thanks

Understand that you are under no pressure to complete anything quickly, I would prefer you take your time and be careful.

The ResetTeaTimer.bat is a batch file that clears the TeaTimer memory, we find it difficult to remove the malware when TeaTimer has been running, it blocks changes. When you click on the download link, then choose to save the file, save it to your Desktop. It will be a little notepad with a gear in it. When you doubleclick it you will not see anything happen, it will be over in a second, then you can remove that item (right click and delete) and move on to the other instructions.

Thanks

I can only say I have provided you the same information we use all of the time when TeaTimer is running, you can look here for something that might help:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=how+to+run+a+batch+file&btnG=Search
If that information and my instructions does not help, then continue with the rest of the instructions. If TeaTimer creates a problem for us we will have to uninstall Spybot S&D and reinstall it. Let's wait on that to see what happens first.

Thanks...Phil

OK Mike, post a new HJT log and tell me how the computer is running. I will know is not clearing TeaTimer caused us any issues as soon as I see the HJT log.

Your HJT log looks fine how is the computer running? Once we finish and turn TeaTimer back on, we will know if there is an issue to resolve.

If you are having no malware issues, see this information.

I am sure you saw this:
WARNING -THIS MACHINE DOES NOT HAVE THE RECOVERY CONSOLE INSTALLED !!
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/combofix/how-to-use-combofix
Review that information to understand Recovery Console. Installation is optional but if you do not have the CD's needed, as is explained, it can be installed before we remove combofix.
If you do not wish to install RC, let me know so I can continue with the cleanup.
If you install RC, post the C:\*CF-RC.txt*.

Since we do not need to scan with combofix, click NO

Recovery Console was installed correctly, may come in very handy one day? Remove Smitfraudfix and combofix from your computer, make sure to remove the C:\Qoobox\Quarantine\ folder then run a last Kaspersky Online Scan to be sure we missed no malware. Use these settings please:

* The program will launch and then begin downloading the latest definition files:
* Once the files have been downloaded click on NEXT
* Now click on Scan Settings
* In the scan settings make that the following are selected:
* Scan using the following Anti-Virus database:
* Standard
* Scan Options:
* Scan Archives
* Scan Mail Bases
* Click OK
* Now under select a target to scan:
* Select My Computer
* This will program will start and scan your system.
* The scan will take a while so be patient and let it run.
* Once the scan is complete it will display if your system has been infected.
* Now click on the Save as Text button:
* Save the file to your desktop.

Then post it here.

Thanks

Yes, if you run TeaTimer, enable it. The KOS scan did not show any infected System Restore files, but I did include a link to that information in closing. I strongly suggest you review all of that information, some may duplicate itself, but that will tell you how experts feel about those suggestions. I'll post the link for System Restore information again:
