Warning message

Hi, I keep getting the warning message :- "Ther were problems in the include file C:\program Files\Spybot - Search _Destroy\Includes|TrojansC.sbi See"Include errors.log" for details.
this appears near the end of the Spybot scan then the scan finishes saying, 2Congratulations, no problems etc." How bad is this ? and Why does it tell me there is no problems ?
