Scanning Problem - Error Message

I get this message for the majority of the search hits it does when scanning my computer.

Windows - No Disk

Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c


Whys it doing this and how do I fix it?
