Is this System Startup entry critical?

While using Spybot for another malware issue, I noticed looking at Spybot>Tools>System Startup that there is an entry as follows:

Key ~ Startup(disabled)
Value ~ fix
Command line ~ C:\...\Startup\fix.exe

I'm only bringing it up as Spybot's description says it's "added by the GORMLEZ-A worm!" ...is this also critical?

The displays provided are based in the name of the startup entry which in your case it is "FIX". The display shows that the problem filename is "WinFIX1.0.vbs" and the file that you seem to have in your startup entry is "fix.exe". So the description does not apply in your case.

I don't know what the startup entry is for, but the description does not apply.
