Subject Problem:The Zlob.DNSChanger.Rtk

Dear People,

I had attempted, as a registered member, to submit this appeal for your assistance many times, but I must have bungled sending it; because each time I looked, I had been unable to find my posting.

Finally I used a “Contact Us” link; and avoiding requesting assistance from the Administrator (as instructed somewhere there), I simply requested help with correctly posting my problem.

Subsequently I soon received a feedback, and one of your Administrators—Stefan, a Team Spybot in Germany I think—told me via email where to read the “Before you Post” instructions; and the link to the “Malware Removal” forum.

So now that I’m on the correct channel, I hope I can avoid any more bungling!

But, firstly I sincerely thank you people for dedicating your time to help all of us vulnerable net users; and wish you all the success in your lives, in whatever you aspirations and financial goals may be!

There is very little that I know about the manhandling of intruders, except the activation of my Vet Antivirus & Antispyware scanning program; so please, if—when you are able to assist me—you require me to gather any information and relay it back to you...help me to always know exactly where to find whatever it is that you require.

Similar to subscriber aomiller13's recent submission to you; although Spybot-S&D is the only detection program I have that can even see the Zlob.DNSChanger.Rtk—but after the Spybot mechanism erases it...another Zlob (proven by rescanning) is re-created somewhere.

As you are aware, apart from being very stubborn about its rights of residency within computers, it usually has a very potent affect on where the web mechanisms transfer a traveler. Last night I was completely prevented from getting onto any dictionary site, and usually found myself on http://bediddle.com (http://bediddle.com) or ones similarly absurd!

Thank you for making yourselves available to assist this frenetic old timer!

Regards to you all,

bradford28

Hello,

This is your first post. ;)

Please see the stickied procedure for this forum: "BEFORE you POST"(READ this Procedure BEFORE Requesting Assistance) (http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288)

It would be best if you start a new topic providing the log/s requested, and then I will close this one as helpers look for threads with no response.

Best regards.
