Help! I have caught the dreaded smitfraud-c on my PC

Hi Im guess I got careless and ran into this sucker heres the message spybot
gave me

Supposed to be some kind of driver

Description
This trojan horse gets installed as a driver and constantly runs in background and connects to malicious servers without any user consent. Removal may require to manually close the file handles of the core.cahce.dsk and core.sys residing in the folder \windows\system32\drivers\. I could rally use the helpas this pc is the only opc I have and I use it for work

the pop ups and slowdown are unberable.
