Every time I scan my pc with Spybot, it detects something wrong in my windows registry in HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-2046119249-4036357835-1619236773-500\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer\NoFolderOptions

When i click on Solve Selected Problems, the confirmation box appears asking me that im going to eliminate selected entries and if i want to continue.
Does Spybot really eliminate that registry entry or just change and repair it?
Please help :S

There's another brief description here:

Did you or an Admin set that yourselves, that you are aware of?

You're welcome. :)
So,are you good,or did you have any more questions about the Microsoft.Windows.Explorer detection?
