I have been unable to remove these items detected by Spybot. Can you help?

However, it appears that you did not follow the instrucrions for posting in that forum:
"BEFORE you POST"(READ this Procedure BEFORE Requesting Assistance) ( http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288).
That will only result in a delay of help being received and waste the time of the helper.
