Zlob DNS and unable to connect to AOL

My PC has being running quite slowly over the last few months and now I can not connect to AOL at all. I ran spybot search & destroy and it found Zlob DNS, something.

I am going to run a Kaspersky and Hijackthis and post the results on here, I hope someone will be able to help me.

Please bear with me as I won't be able to run the scan till tomorrow as I am having to use a friends computer to connect to the internet :(
