Can someone please help? Can suddenly no longer use Internet Explorer. Am able to use Netscape & Firefox, but need to do Windows updates and that's only allowed through IE.
Just upgraded Spybot to 1.5. Now suddenly when I try to open Internet Explorer, I get the Spybot pop-up that says "Spybot has detected an important Registry entry that has been changed:
"User-specific browser toolbar
Value added
IT Bar Layout
New Data hex11,00,00. " etc.
I cannot even get a Search page to come up now, on IE.
All I get is "Cannot find Server", and "page cannot be displayed", or "unable to connect".
Have not changed anything - certainly no ITBarLayout, whatever that is.
I do not know whether to Allow or Deny this Registry change of something called ITBarLayout. What would your suggestion be?
