I have Spybot Search & Destroy on two laptops and have configured Spybot exactly the same on each.
On one PC Registry Warnings appear each time the registry is being changed and on the other PC I don't get these warnings.
Can anyone tell me why this is happening and how to stop the registry warnings?
Thanks.

It sounds like the two copies of Spybot-S&D may not be configured the same. It sound like one may have been installed checking the optional installation of TeaTimer.
Go into Spybot > Mode > Advanced Mode (say "Yes" to the warning if necessary) > Tools > Resident. Check and see if the following setting is the same on both systems:Resident "TeaTimer" (Protection of over-all system settings) Active.
Uncheck that option if you find it checked on the system issuing the warnings.
It sounds like you have teatimer active on one and not on the other.
Check your system tray-if there is a Spybot icon with a lock on it-teatimer is active. When you go over it , the words Spybot-SD resident 1173 processes blocked will appear. If you right click on it, there is an option to exit.
If the box looks like this:

It is asking you what to do-there is a graphical bug-you can press "A" for accept or "D" for deny.
If you wish to keep teatimer and correct the graphical bug-connections to the unofficial patches are listed in my post here:
