No servers?

I can't download the updates because I have no servers available in the pulldown menu (or mirrors). This is not a proxy issue or the bad checksum problem. I can manually download updates, but want to utilize the auto-update feature. Can anyone help resolve this issue?

The actual wording of the error is:

"Error retrieving update info file!
Http/1.0.500 Internal Server Error"

Are you sure there are no other applications on your PC blocking Spybot from connecting to the internet? Such as a software-firewall? Just a thought...
