Install problem: Error sending request. Sserver name or address could not be resolved

I am currently running 1.4 on my system. I downloaded V1.5.2 today and tried to install it, but get stopped by a message that says “Error sending request. The server name or address could not be resolved” while downloading updallocator.php (1 of 1) and resolving www.safer-networking.org

Any clues as to why it wuold not be able to resolve the server name?
I've tried dropping my Zonealarm firewall

i recommenced unchecking the box that says automatically download updates. Wait until after the program is installed before you check for updates. Then configure your firewall. Also, If you have a router, make sure your routers firewall will let spybot access the Internet. :) hope that helps!!
