I was impressed by the results when selecting "Check All Files". But is it really really safe to delete them? They all are registry entries and I am a bit touchy when it comes to registry!

Take a look!

usage tracks are just like cookies and stuff like that. removing them will do no harm. However, if you perform the registry checker found in the advanced mode, i suggest you be very careful, and do not mess with the registry if you are unexperienced. I would set spybot to do a system restore point before removing anything. It is found under settings in advanced mode. :) good luck and I hope I answered your question. Let me know if you want any more information.

129260, what do you refer to when you say "registry checker"?

Its found under advanced mode. It's a simple checker that checks important places or registry entries that are invalid.

under: mode-advanced mode. Click TOOLS. then click system internals. Make sure it is checked when you first click tools. ;) sorry about that, It is found there in settings, but u can select only to ignore certain entries the tool found.

Ah, hahas. Thanks. It looks/feels a lot like the registry cleaning tools like the registry cleaner in CCleaner. >:D

but you need to be very careful. I personally recommenced not to use any registry cleaner programs. They can be alot of trouble and can damage your machine if you do not know what you are doing. Anyway, lets wait for the original poster to respond. ;)

defrags are ok. just registry cleaners are not all that safe and can be dangerous.

Oh I guess the original poster is me

I removed the damn things, nothing bad happened, so I suppose it is safe :)

@Pi. Lols, user trackage items like cookies can be annoying once you have some dozen of it. I use CCleaner.
@129260, Thanks for your tip. Surf safe. :cowboy:
