View Full Version : i have run out of patience..(programs wont remove spyware)

Ok.. *sigh*
so as a last ditch effort to remove all the shit on our computer, I downloaded spybot s&d. i hadn't heard about it before today. i have used about four or five other programs and of course had the same issue today. :mad:

i use trend micro pccillin for my virus protection. but i have had it up to here with the spyware stuff. so after scanning with spybot, everything went fine. it of course detected a shitload of stuff, my computer has been running so slow. it detected alot more than other programs do which i was happy about.. and when i went to "fix selected problems" what does it do? absolutely nothing. it doesn't freeze the whole program, i just get the hourglass cursor yet i can still click and select things, but nothing goes anywhere..i've been waiting for about a half hour now. friggen weird. anywho.. this is what it found.

Hello. First, please watch your language. The results on the bottom are tracking cookies. SpyAgent is a keylogger. WildTangent is a PUPS. You have a keylogger on your computer. I would suggest posting a thread with a Hi-jack log in the Malware Removal forums.
