Scanning Option

When using Spybot sometimes it is unable to resolve found issues until you reboot. It then scans and removes the offending items before you boot into windows.

This means that sometimes when scanning for Spyware you have to scan then reboot then let Spybot scan again to find the offending items before removing them.

What I want to know is there a way to force that pre windows load scan?

I don't know if there is a way to "force" the scan. May there is, but may not. From your descriptions, you have a persistent spyware/trojan/malware, that Spybot has to remove during reboot.

Another question, does the "problem" come up even after scan during restart? Also, what do you mean by offending items?

With SpybotSD in Advanced mode, got to Settings>Settings, move down through the items until you come to "Run program once on next system startup". Select this and the next time you bootup/reboot it will run Spybot
