Since you have not posted the required Kaspersky Online Scan, I am working with only the HJT log. I see no malware in the log, your Java program needs one update and I would ask if you are positive you want to allow that much access to your computer in the 015 "Trusted Zone"?
You are a lot more trusting than I am. Before I do anything with what I see, let talk about the list you posted.

This is your computer...correct? Then you can remove anything from it you wish. I build my own at Dell but still have to remove a lot of OEM junk, extra media players, etc. The only thing you do not want to remove are Windows programs needed to run the computer (Windows Messenger is part of the Operating System so I believe you will have a time uninstalling it, I suggest you disable it from within the program or in MSConfig) or programs dealing with your security, I don't really see anything else you need in that list, so have a go at those in Add Remove programs. When you are finished, post a new HJT log so I can have a look. Here is information that might help:

When you finish removing stuff you have no need for, post an uninstall list. I may see more?

Open Hijackthis.
Click the "Open the Misc Tools" section Button.
Click the "Open Uninstall Manager" Button.
Click the "Save list..." Button.
Save it to your desktop. Copy and paste the contents into your reply.
(You may edit out Microsoft, Hotfixes, Security Update for Windows XP,
Update for Windows XP and Windows XP Hotfix to shorten the list)
