SpyBot has detected a change to my registry. It involves launcher.exe. I said yes to the change once in the last week or two, and again this morning because I read some posts here - and I have an HP like the other posters. It then asked me again, and I decided to say no. It now will not stop asking to make the change, as SpyBot is continuously displaying the "Registry change denied" popups - there are so many it just keeps flashing - I can see 5 of them, and it has been going on for at least 15 minutes.

I don't own Vista and admit I am still learning how to remove malware from that system. Your questions do not sound malware related, rather TeaTimer related.

I don't see any malware in the HJT log, if you want a better check, read the instructions and them post the required Kaspersky Online Scan results.
