View Full Version : Smitfraud-C / Zlob.downloader.vcd and .bs need some help here

Hey,

I've been working on getting rid of this all day now. I've got a big pic if you want to call it that of a red screen thats not my desktop background and also keeps opening up IE windows to a website www.system-defender.com and or http://antispywaremaster.com. The background is a red biohazard symbol on my desktop that says YOUR PRIVACY IS IN DANGER! Download Prviacy Protection Software and if I click anywhere on what used to be my desktop will now take me to one of the 2 sites listed above.

here is a copy of my Combfix log. it seemed to remove the picture on my desktop but now i have a big white screen instead of a red screen with a biohazard thing. seemed to remove some of the issue but not all of it.
